Just an update, had an engineer out.. he got 300 kbps download speed.. and was stumped, but apparently i'm still getting 920mb from BT to the hub so nothing has been done or is going to get done.
The complaints team seem to think someone near me has a large military grade satalite on their house messing with our wifi...
no money off, no aplogises, absolutely nothing from BT.
They may aswell of told me there's a UFO flying around my neighborhood stealing everyones wifi...
