I did not receive a working replacement of the mini 4g router(the one supplied was faulty).
How do I order a replacement?
Do you have our Halo package for broadband? Do you have a fault and were promised a Mini Hub would be sent out to you?
Have you spoken with our Customer Services to arrange a replacement one?
Yes I have the halo package. The mini hub was faulty and I was promised a replacement (which hasn't arrived).
Spoke to customer service...nothing has arrived in about 3 months....soni have been patient.
