Hi just found out that we have been paying for equipment(disc and HydraConnect) that we have not used as part of the Halo3 900 package. Our bill only showed Halo 3 and did not break down the individual costs, so we were not aware that we have been paying for this additional equipment. Is this right? Sorted now, but should our bill have itemised each item we were paying for to make it transparent? Thank you
Halo 3 is basically an add on to your Broadband and is sold as a package. It gives you various pieces of equipment and services over and above your BT Smarthub.
I would not expect the pieces of equipment to be billed for and itemised separately on your bill as they are inclusive and are the whole reason for the Halo 3 package. ie. if you don't want that equipment etc you don't take out the Halo package.
