Sorry for this to be my first post however I am having issues with my FTTC 70mb broadband.
Its becoming a regular occurrence where all devices (wired and also wireless) experience massive slow downs and it is affecting my business. Even at hours (like now) where I would of thought it might ease because of congestion or something on the line, I am having 0.4mbps download and upload.
I have factory reset my router, with no change.
I did a traceroute and found that there is huge latency at the 2nd hop which BRAS (Broadband Remote Access Servers),
what would be the cause of this and how can I get BT to fix this as their speedtests and diagnosis tools never seem to do me any good!
