have you tried a factory reset of the hub as suggested by @licquorice 

if not then try that by pressing the recessed but on back with say paperclip and holding until the hub lights flash and then let hub reboot and go blue colour.  as you use ethernet connection no problems with wifi devices  and now see if that has helped your connection improve

sorry but did you hold recess button 20/30 secs until lights flash otherwise just resets not factory resets
