Hybrid connect

Just installed my hybrid connect and all I can get a 3 red lights, the ee light above is blue. It’s connected via a cable, can’t understand why it doesn’t work

Are the signal bars showing as solid red, or is this flashing?

You can find more information on what all of the lights on your Hybrid Connect mean in the user guide too.

There red plus now it’s saying no sim, frustrated

@djcrafty19  If you haven't already can you please power this off, leave it off for a few minutes, then power it back on and see if this error clears?

Just to be sure as well, is it EE or BT that you took out your contract through?

already done that without joy and it’s only a new hybrid not a new router. Already a BT customer
