I just moved to BT Fibre 1 - speeds lower than acceptable

@licquorice  I was trying to put it in simplistic terms rather than go into all the technicalities. I know there is a lot more to overheads but why confuse someone. I prefer to just give them something they can understand.

@licquorice  Err yes they do. For instance a speed test only uses the first three layers of 7.
