IKEv2 issue with EE router

Hi

Since I changed to an EE router my VPN (IKEv2) doesn't connect.  I can resolve by restarting the router but I'm having to do this daily.  anyone else have a similar issue.

Have you been in touch with the VPN provider to see if they can offer any advice?
