For the past week or so every night/morning at exactly 3:07am my internet is disconnecting for ~1 minute. Very annoying as it disconnects me from games or interrupts whatever I'm doing. I read something about lease time so I tried changing that in the hub manager but it didn't fix it. I also tried connecting a switch inbetween my hub and PC but this didn't fix it either.

when you say your internet is disconnecting is that the actual internet connection to your hub and hub lights change colour or is it just your wifi connection to your device that is dropping?
It’s my PC which is connected via ethernet. The hub lights change colour.
I only caught it when it was green before returning to blue, not sure if there was anything before that.
If it was green, it was rebooting.
Try a factory reset of the hub
It just happened again at the same time, was down for about a minute. The light was green, then solid orange, then returned back to blue.
Earlier I tried:
None of this seems to have helped.
I suggest you seek a replacement hub from BT customer services
Well they sent an engineer out today who said if it's happening around 2-3am then it's a "cache data dump" which is a necessity and I can do nothing about it.
I've also since noticed this in my router log every time it does the 3am restart:
download firmware image fail, failure code:9002 / information:Internal error
My firmware says the last update was January 2025, and whenever it does the restart, all logs prior to today appear to get wiped as the last entries before are 01 Oct.
Trying to talk to them on the phone again right now to try and get a replacement smart hub and see if that fixes it.
Got the new hub delivered today and it seems to have fixed the issue! Thanks for your help. @licquorice
