My broadband is not working from 31st March, I have called many times and BT just says openreach engineers are working but they don't know when it will fixed. Everytime I check the fault report they just postpone the estimate fix date from 2nd april to 5th april to 11th april and today it shows 13th April. Whats the solution for this ?
Hi @yashah1990
Welcome and thanks for your post!
I am sorry for the problems you're having with your broadband service. I appreciate the time you have taken to call us on numerous occasions to try and get this sorted out.
I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you. See: Private messages
Thanks,
Robbie
There is no solution. Openreach engineers will be working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible but an estimate is not a promise. The full reason for any failure may not be apparent at first and can mean the estimate is shifted. That unfortunatedly is life.
Shiftring estimated dates can happen for many different reasons, I've seen it happen many times in the past when I had accesss to the Openreach fault reporting, now thanks to ISP's complaning about myself and others being able to access that information access has been blocked.
The mods will have access to this and may be able to find out what the problem is (I don't know if the fault reporting systam has changed.).
Zen used to be very good at informing their customers and I wonder if this is the same issue as for their customers but details are less than they used to be. The exchange are isn't even mentioned.
