I have full fibre 900. Fast.com shows internet speed of between 200 and 250. What should the speed be?

At least whatever your stay fast guarantee is when connecting a gigabit capable device directly to the router by ethernet.

For WiFi, all bets are off due to too many differing environmental circumstances.
