Issue Playing FC25 due to BT Fibre

There's a huge issue right now affecting BT customers trying to play FC25. its not affecting any other game or streaming service just FC25. you can barely log in and if you can you just disconnect anytime you do anything in the game. everyone complaining of this issue has one thing in common. They are all BT customers. 

Please see this link on the EA FORUMS for a more precise explanation to what's going on. I imagine there are a lot of parents of children that are getting upset because of this and don't realise its a BT internet issue.

This is just a customer to customer help forum and the only BT employees are the mods. If it's a routing issue as the other forum suggests, EA or their server hosting company will have a special department of BT to raise and issue and liaise with.

It's not an issue affecting the Openreach network because I've been happily playing FC25 all day via another ISP on Openreach full fibre
