Issues with NAT Potential double NAT?

I have been playing a lot off Black Ops 6 recently and in the network info it says my NAT type is moderate. assuming something somewhere is private and not public and its having a hissy. I'm suspecting this is the reason why I crash a lot.

In command prompt I tried checking for a double natI'm not the best with networking side of things but isn't this a double nat? Aren't the first 2 private addresses? How do I fix this, I only have 1 router and a direct cat 8 ethernet to my desktop.

What are my games saying my NAT is moderate and not open?

No, it isn't double NAT.

The first address is your hub, the second the BT BRAS.
