Hi, my smarthub has died. It won't turn on, even with a different power adapter. I don't want a smarthub 2, I want a replacement smarthub so I can correctly split the 2.4ghz and 5ghz wireless frequencies. Before I waste my time on the phone, will BT give me a replacement smarthub, or a smarthub 2? It would be helpful to know, because if it's a smarthub 2, then I can just buy a secondhand smarthub from elsewhere. Thanks a lot for your help.
