Just had Full Fibre 100 installed and speed seem no higher than the old Fibre 1.

Engineer left around 2hrs ago after installing Full Fibre 100 but speed seems the same as the old Fibre 1.  I tried to test the speed on MYBT app but said "Cannot complete this task at the moment" or something similar.  Do I have to wait overnight for something to happen as although the engineer may have done his bit, the BT Network may need updating at some stage to allow for the advertised speeds?.  Thank You for your help.

@iansally

Should be no settling in time with full fibre , certainly wasn't for me.

Speedtest.net is a fairly reliable speed tester either using your browser or app on laptop or mobile phone.
