If previous suppliers were able to provide the required service (even though it would still be through OpenReach) why did our OP feel the need to leave them?


I only learn by making mistakes and owning up to them - boy do I learn a lot!

yeah FTTP is ON by default with the router [ SmartHub 2] no clue why but like you im interested to know if it is causing any issues
