This morning my father in law noticed his internet, TV and phone are not working with Hub flashing purple.
I contacted and there is an MSO in the area apart from that not much information.
They are elderly and now there phone line is not working. The call dropped, we were near the end anyway, and a call back was apparently attempted but went to voicemail???
The mso was first reported at 1.30pm and was due to be fixed at 7pm...
I don't really care as long as it gets fixed but can anyone help or give information please??
