Myself and 5 other properties are suffering a major outage with No broadband or land lines … since 17th February. BT are saying it’s with Open Reach, but no one can tell us when it will be repaired. I’ve called 3 times, had two calls back each. Each time all I get is “There’s no update” … I know that… as I have no internet and no phone !!! How can I actually find out when the service I’ve been paying for, and not receiving will be restored? I’m in week 3 now !!!
