Major service outage - help please

Good afternoon, 

So my telephone & broadband have been down since the 9th January 2023, I have been told it's a major Openreach outage - for the last 4 weeks I have been told that it will be back up and running in 48/72 hours. 

Lots of online chats/calls getting told all sorts of different things. 

On the online fault report each week when it gets the day before the estimated fix date it just gets moved to the next week.

I know I will get compensation eventually once it's fixed but what if it takes months to sort.

Anyone got any idea how long this can go on for?

We only have a rubbish 3G signal in our house not great for streaming TV. 

I know small world problems but I'm at a loss at what if anything can be done.

Hi @LouGod250 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see the fault with your service is taking so long to resolve. Regrettably, major service outages can be quite complex and can take longer than we would like to resolve.
