Moving home and fibre not available

I am moving home soon and fibre is not available at my new address. What are my options (in contract to November 2023) as a 16mb ADSL connection will not suffice for our requirements (working from home)?

is Fibre not available because none in your area or that your cabinet is full and there is a waiting list?  as you are in contract BT will supply your broadband as part of T&C with whatever connection is available - adsl  

enter new address and post results  remember delete address

If you are in contract, and your provider can give you service , even if it’s not as fast as you would like, because it’s your choice to move , its you breaking the terms of the contract , you can either take the slower service, or pay the early termination charges…when you signed up until 2023 , you effectively agreed to be a customer until then, you can still be a customer if you wanted, if you chose not to be, then ETC’s don’t seem unreasonable

For all ADSL and WBC Fibre to the Cabinet (VDSL or G.fast) services, the stable line rate will be determined during the first 10 days of service usage.

Actual speeds experienced by end users and quoted by CPs will be lower due to a number of factors within and external to BT's network, Communication Providers' networks and within customer premises.

The Stop Sale date for IPstream is from 31 Oct 2013. The Formal Retirement date for IPstream is from 30 Jun 2014.

In order to be eligible for handback, downstream speed should be less than Downstream Handback Threshold values.

Mildenhall exchange:Only single order products are available and ADSL and ADSL2+ products are not shown as available.However for premises that can only be served by SOADSL, BT will continue to accept ADSL and ADSL2+ orders until SOADSL is available.

You need to show the exchange and cabinet number, otherwise advice cannot be given.

Cabinet P11   Openreach fibre not available            SG12 8XH  

 

as you can see there is no fibre cabinet yet so adsl best you can get

Only ADSL https://www.telecom-tariffs.co.uk/codelook.htm?xid=1033133&postcodeloc=14658&cabinet=P11

Unless you are using high bandwidth applications, ADSL should be fine.
