Joined BT in January for TV/Broadband contract, transferring from Sky. I’ve had nothing, but problems. Openworld never turned up for appointments to connect our TV/Internet. Many phone calls later, my issues are still unresolved! No one seems to know what they are doing! BT have now had the Router/TV box back after the contract was cancelled…by BT themselves.
Weirdly I’m still able to stream TNT Sports at the moment on the X-Box though…which is confusing in itself…as ALL my previous BT streaming accounts have been cancelled.
So fed up, which I stayed with the competition that believes in better…even if it’s far more expensive.
