Re: New contract

Re making a complaint

BT/EE will be unable to find the recording, couple of days later your unresolved complaint will be closed.

Been there done that

Yes I have had full fibre (and the copper wires ripped out) more that two years ago.

Re: New contract

I will not be making a complaint for sure, to much hassle.

Does that happen with every complaint? If it does I take it you have contacted the Ombudsman with all your evidence proving that as that is totally unacceptable.

If you are not prepared to make a complaint there is really nothing further that can be offered about what you have said.

Your blind faith in BT is quite charming.

Obviously it's relative but BT has in the past been fined literally millions for woeful practice,

think we can assume the compliant process ( or lack of it) figured prominently in those fines

I do not have blind faith in BT which you would have seen if you were not so blinded by your quest to only offer up sweeping statements that you are either frequently wrong about or that you have no evidence of such as you have just proven again with your reply.

But please keep your posts coming as it gives many of the forum users, myself included a good laugh about how often you post about things that you obviously have no knowledge of and are more often than not ill-informed about.

@barumboy

Assuming you've just renewed, can you cancel your contract with 14 days of the contract start date?

Ultimately, it's your decision to choose your provider, but if the service isn't quite what you were expecting, you may be able to move without penalty depending on the type of contract and when it commenced.

Making a formal complaint might seem like a hassle, but it's your money they're taking.
