We have an engineer coming to connect us on Tuesday. Our hub was sent out last week and was supposed to arrive on Thursday. Tracking says it was delivered but the proof of delivery looks like a blurry photo of the road taken whilst the person was driving by the looks of it. I don't know where Royal Mail left it but its definitely not at my house. Who do I contact regarding this? I've spoken to Royal Mail but they said to contact the sender of the parcel. Will the engineer be able to connect us without the hub? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

My advice would be to ring customer services asap so that they can a) try and trace the missing one as that is their problem, b) check if the engineer will have one and c) send one to you if the engineer will not.
Depending what you are having done, they may be able to use your eisting hub, if you have one.
