I have just had full fibre 500 installed.
The download speed jumped up to the expected levels.
But my upload speed as remained the same as when I was on the old dsl 80/20 i.e. the upload as remained at 20.
I've noticed other people have posted about upload speeds sticking to their old profile. How does this get resolved?
