No broadband.

I got full fibre 4 weeks ago. I have had no fibre connection for 12 days. Is this common. Openreach claim they cant get an appontment with an n23 accredited specialist engineer, yet one spent all of this morning digging a trench through my neighbours garde.

Re: No broadband.

You shouldn’t need an N23 Accredited Engineer.

An N23 Accredited Engineer basically means they’re trained, and Accredited to Build/Joint Fibre Nodes, aka Agg Nodes, Splitters and Track Joints.

The course doesn’t really cover any faulting, no more than a Service Delivery Engineer would be trained to do.
