No fibre
I live in a retirement complex that has no fibre broadband, but the surrounding area does. Before I start harassing the landlords, generally speaking, what needs to be done to get fibre to the building?

do you have a phone line and a BT phone connection? if so then enter your phone number and post results if no phone then use address

Is this something BT will get round to or does it need to be instigated by the landlords?

that is just in the attached notes the important information is in the schedule above which shows broadband availabilities
the fibre ability is openreach and nothing to do with BT Retail
