Solid orange light on smart hub 2 been in contact with bt today all cables and lights on open reach hub all correct etc but no internet from the smart hub 2 have an engineer booked for Monday but I can’t see any problems with any of the cables and equipment
Is this a new install or have you previously been using the Internet without any problems?
Been using it for over a year now with no issues
If you have not already done it try a factory reset of the Smarthub and if that doesn't help it looks like you will need to wait for the engineer visit.
