For some reason i'm no longer seeing my broadband or landline attached to my account even though my bills and future bills are there. I've also notice my broadband speeds being reduced to EE levels because when looking for offers or upgrades on BT i'll get sent to EE who would only offer me 80mbps for the same price i'm paying for 100mbps+ if i'm being switch without being made aware i do hope i can cancel my contract with no fee.
