No service

No service all day keep putting completed fault repair time back there message service want work, I’m a halo customer and a fat lot of good that’s done me cannot talk to anyone there supposed to send an ee back up box but no information as to how to sort any suggestions anyone looks like exchange fault as others effected

You can find details on how to contact Customer Service on our Contact BT | Call us or chat online | BT Help page, where the team can look into the status of your Halo box. 

You may also want to discuss switching up to BT Halo 3+, which brings you hybrid broadband from BT and EE so you stay online even if you lose your broadband connection. Meaning you don't have to wait for a Mini Hub to arrive.

Re Halo 3. Make sure you research it thoroughly. You may end up with an expensive add on that may or may not be suitable and it might also be difficult to offload once committed to.

To be honest, there should be a trial period in place for equipment like that to make sure it works properly in a real time customer environment with a no strings attached returns if it doesn’t work. I’m sure some folks have success with it, but I suggest you read through some of the threads on this forum.

Many thanks I tried there short code and added help directed to there ai bot again. Sent round in circles there txt messaging’s to supposably chat with someone didn’t respond ???? all in all pretty rubbish went off 2.00 am service restored 21.00 pm ish but thanks again

Your right £7.55 a month for halo 3+ which makes over a 2 year contract ( expensive) perhaps offering long term customers a discount !!!!!!!! Thanks anyway
