BT cannot fix my broadband connection problem
BT broadband support is a joke . Cannot fix it’s inner problems for a whole day
what is the problem with your connection?
what have you tried to fix the problem?
this is a customer help customer forum and your post does not go to BT you need to provide more information for community to see if they can help
You have unrealistic expectations if you think a residential service will have an SLA of being fixed in one day.
If you want that level of service you need a business line.
