I’m hoping a moderator can help with an ORDI (Openreach Data Integrity) request.
My property is a new-build home, and the address is currently showing as a Silver address in the Openreach database. Because of this, broadband orders can’t be placed.
The address is listed correctly in the Royal Mail PAF database, and neighbouring new-build properties appear as Gold in Openreach. Could you please raise an ORDI request with Openreach to validate and update the address to Gold?

If you are not a BT customer then you need to select your ISP and place an order and then they should raise the be able to raise ORDI
