Open reach register

I live in a typical street, with the open reach ducts running in my footpath in front of my house. There has been full FTTP here for many years and both my neighbours either side have it, however when I check re what’s available to me, it’s only the slowest 50mb etc….on speaking to an Openreach about a year ago, they advised that it sounded like the register Openreach maintain about my property had a flag set wrong and they would amend it. A day later, on checking what I could get, I was able to order over 1gb etc, however now that I’m looking to switch, every supplier seems to have revered back to showing me only the old 50mb being available. Does anyone know who to contact at Openreach to get my address listed with the correct full fibre speeds being available to allow me to switch providers ?

Firstly, you should check that your address id 100% correctly listed by Royal Mail.

Then check the OR database matches the same address exactly, with no possible alternatives also listed. If it does, confirm what service it shows as available. You can then use the OR form to report either an address error if you find one, or the simple lack of FTTP is the address is correct.
