Openreach seem to be hard to contact to see if I can find out what went wrong & get it fixed.
We were given a link to a flow chart thing that was logging the engineers progress which worked until 2 hour before the appointment "window" then went dead ..."DNS address not found, diagnosing the problem"
We were given the engineers name & had about10 emails about being there & what to do all for nothing as nobody appeared (time slot was 1300-1800)
I had heard that OR seem to work to there own "rules" 🤔
Whats the best way to try & sort this BT Customer services perhaps ?
All suggestions etc..... welcome
