Never really paid much attention to it, but recently noticed uploads are taking forever, in previous months, I had decent uploads, whilst downloads remain unaffected at 500mb.
Various speed tests, via a LAN connection to the hub, show just 0.04 speed!!
Since switching to BT, I have never needed to log in to my account, so when I try to log in to check services, my account appears to have never gone live and so I can't get in, plus it's now out of hours.
Can anyone see if there are issues in BN12 area?

Have you tried a hub reset?
Try using Google to. Check broadband outages in your area
