I’m not sure how you would do that as it’s not really my field. I think you need to raise something called an ORDI, (an Openreach data integrity request), to have their database updated but I think you need to go through BT to do it.

@WSH you are correct, an ORDI must be raised via the ISP, good luck with that as most advisors (customer services) haven't a clue what that is unless things have drasically chenged.
