I’m getting this as well. Now constantly orange and not coming back up. Helpdesk said they can’t see any issues with my Network. I’ve done a factory reset and still nothing.

If you have FTTP, (Full Fibre) you may want to try resetting the Openreach white box also.....power that and the hub off for 5 minutes, power on the Openreach white box, wait 5 minutes then power on the Hub.
All fixed. I believe it may have been an issue at the cabinet/DSLAM as it impacted quite a few neighbours.
