This is a valid question. If I'm facing gia.bt.net routers dropping all my communication with major ISP in other country effectively blocking ability to do my work, is there anyone who I could call? In the other country I know who to call in similar cases, and I'm thinking of engaging them in trying to solve the problem, but it's a shame that in case of BT, there's no one to whom the customer service could redirect me, they act absolutely clueless when I'm trying to explain them what the problem is, in the end, they say, the Internet works!
