A Red LOS Light basically means there’s No Light from the Head End and or a Really High Light Loss.
Was it Installed by an Openreach and or one of their Contractors or is it an Activation in a Brand New Build you’ve just moved into?
If it was an Engineer install did it work previously and then go off or never work at all, in which case did the Engineer say why?
