Re: Service Status.. Without Landline?

It's totally pathetic, as usual from BT, like their website that only fills the pages with ads to upgrade packages.

Our Landline is Digital now, so using the fault checker is useless as that's only for copper lines and of course says there's no issues - we've had NO fibre since I reported it on 12th November.  None of us in the village have it and service won't be back until at least the 2nd December.  I only know this because of the priority contact  / callback service they have linked me to - to save wasting hours of my life on a the phone listening to C-R-A-P rap.

Why nobody at BT has any common sense and just allows you to use a postcode to check all services is beyond me -  a 2 year old could of worked that one out rather than using a the old copper landline check that's defunct for us.

And While I'm at it another negative - without Fibre, no landline and no way on God's earth to divert calls to a mobile.  Utterly pathetic in this day and age.

Re: Service Status.. Without Landline?

I have moved your post to this new thread, so you can get advice from forum members.

I suspect that if its cable damage, then any copper cable would have also been damaged, so you would be no better off.
