You're not really getting it are you, never mind and thanks for your 'help'
If you have the EE Smart Hub Plus on your BT Broadband, you can use the MyBT App, go into Broadband Plan Details and select Hub Manager. There you can set your Hub as a Smart Hub 3 which is technically similar and get to some settings.

@Bazza1961 I know exactly what you’re getting at, you want a router that actually gives you the full 900mbps throughput/speeds you’re paying for which you state you can’t get from a SH2. You made that quite clear.
What I’m saying is, you’ve undoubtedly made a poor choice buying a grey market ISP router from where exactly?
You aren’t going to get a SH3 by pleading down the phone to BT, unless of course they take pity on you but that’s unlikely.
Anyway, I think we’re done here. Best of luck.
Its a EE smarthub plus router connected to bt modem and therefore all the same company I believe... please read before commenting, and if you cannot help then stop making snide comments as this says BT community HELP
Nobody here or anywhere else can help you make the EE app, which requires an EE account to work in order to manage the EE hub, when you are a BT Broadband customer and not an EE customer. It makes no odds that you are connected to a BT modem.
It has already been explained that you will need an EE account number in order to use the app to manage the EE hub so your question has been answered and as this thread is now going round in circles I will ask the moderators to lock it.
Locking thread as answers have been given to original query and discussion has ran its course.
