I spoke to BT at 5pm as I wanted to change my package from Fibre 100 to Fibre 250, and it took about an hour to go through everything and put the order through. I asked when I could expect to see the new speeds, as I presumed perhaps I would need to wait until the next billing date or perhaps until midnight. BT clearly stated numerous after putting my order through that I could expect to see the upgraded speeds within one hour - furthemore, I have an email from BT that says "We'll upgrade your Fibre within the next 30mins" - It's been more than two hours since I got off the phone with BT and still I can't see an update to my speeds - I've already tried restarting the router through the BT Hub Manager as well as manually resetting it via the back of the router and still the same speed as before. Even in Hub Manager under sync speeds it's still as it was before.
If you log onto your ‘My BT’ and run a speed test from there , what does it show ?
