Reliability of SMART hub 2

We been having issues with our broadband dropping every 2 days sometimes twice a day. Openreach have done everything they can and our line noise is low. 

I connected a TP link modem router and its stayed solid for a week with zero issues!. We also get get better sync speed.

The home hub seems very unstable, what are other peoples thoughts on this?

Hi @roco1970 

As with all mass produced electrical goods, you will get the odd dodgy one. There are many other factors like environment etc. It sounds like you have a dodgy one.

I have been using the same Smart Hub 2 and Complete WiFi disc since 2020, and it rock solid with the occasional firmware blip quickly corrected.

Jinxed it now.
