Renewing Contracr : An Anomaly ?

FWIW.
HI there. Still mulling over the renewal options. Alternatively, move on ?

Perusing all options.
My Renewal Options run from 'Renew Existing' through to 'Fibre Options'. 'Fibre Options', that are unavailable to me.
So, what if I were a 'New Customer', what options. As a 'New BT Customer', I'm only offered all of the FTTC Options.

The Anomaly.
BT New Customer Department, know that my address has been inhibited to BT for fibre, because of a deal with another Fibre OLO. BT Existing Customer Department, appears disconnected from BT New Customer Department, or at least their Data Base. In a company as big as BT, I can only guess these instances materialise occasionally ?

The coin is still up and spinning ?

It's because @COMPANY-PENSIONER thinks it's amusing whereas everyone else thinks it's plain silly.

I guess you haven't seen many of his threads.

Well I suppose we should be thankful that Company Pensioner doesn't SHOUT at us by using all capitals!

"I accept the critique" . . . however I see no visual conventions in posting that stymie self-expression.

The BT Community Forum, is a level playing field. So, all posts are equal. Never beyond criticism, I welcome all commentary . . . and totally ignore all of it.
If there's anything wrong with my posts; then, they should be removed by the Moderators.

Aggravation, is my middle name; alas, it doesn't appear on my Birth Certificate; but happily, both my parent's name are enshrined in ink !

p.s I don't mind having a write . . .
