I’m trying to claim my reward card offered with my new Full Fibre package, when I click the link it takes me to a page that list multiple (previous / closed, I assume) accounts but the page, both on mobile and laptop won’t let me click the radio button for my current account, so I literally can’t claim it?? Any idea, can the process it if I phone?

you need to wait until your cooling off period has expired from activation date
if using mobile you made need to use desktop view

ah, thanks, I've just had multiple messages / emails saying to activate my reward card, but you’re saying it’ll only let me select that new account after my cooling off period?
my activation date is 03/12 so assume it’ll be the 17th when I can claim the reward then?
