Usually it’s great but since yesterday it’s been super slow, not connecting, and I have reset the router twice. Both times the router light was blue so in theory everything should be working, though the devices that are connecting show my network name as ‘No Internet’. It’s back up now after another reset, and my phone number shows as no problem. I am on Digital Voice so can’t test noise on the line.
Does the recent weather affect things?

Thanks for posting about your connection slowing. Is this over wireless or wired connection? Can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information so we can take a look at this/
