my broadband is really slow and glitching a lot any advice welcome thanks
To get some help you are going to have to give people a bit more to go on.
For example: Are we talking about your broadband or you Wi-Fi? (People confuse the two today. While one depends on the other, they are separate systems with a separate set of problems).
When you say “slow” how fast should it be and how do you know it is slower than it should be?
Is this a new installation or has this just started on an existing installation?
Is it certain times of the day or all the time etc.?
The more detail you can give about your set up and the problem, the more likely you are to get useful answers.
Broadband to the TV .morning freezers and very slow to react
Is your TV connected to internet by WiFi or ethernet cable?
WiFi it keeps going slow and sometimes say no WiFi please connect it’s not been disconnected to the tv

I have just said what the problem is the WiFi keeps disconnecting the tv and my mobile sometimes says not connected when it is what else do you need to know ???
Can I ask for some advice I have hade 2 phone called to say that openreach are no longer providing Bt optic and virgin are taking over is this true ? They said they was from BT they said they will save me money but the bill was going to be higher then what I am already paying
Who supplies your broadband and phone line and who is it that has called you and given you that information?
It read to me like you’ve had a scam call.
