Good Afternoon,
I have been asked to return 2 BT Smart Hubs 2 but I only have one. When I upgraded from 300 to 900 the agent told me that they would send me a smart hub 2 but I told him not too as I already have one. Fast forward to present and now that I have left BT I have been asked for 2 back.
When I was speaking to the agent who put through the cancellation I did ask them to note it on my account that I only have 1 but I had noticed it said I had 2 in my BT account section and if I got asked for 2 to get in touch.
Can anyone help?
