I need some help regarding on the subject.
It started acting up 2 weeks ago and was getting poor connection regarding on bt logging i tried everything ranging from turning off https then back on, tried restarting both the modem and the hub still nothing to get a good connection and tried resetting them still nothing even got new hub still nothing.
Is anyone here able to help me get the good connection back?

Do you have a full fibre (FTTP) broadband service with an ONT (what you refer to as a modem) and then the Smarthub router, or do you have a part-fibre service (FTTC) in which the Smarthub acts as both modem and router?
