2 days ago my internet just stopped working. The open reach box has a green flashing light under PON. And my BT hub is solid orange. Just had an engineer out who replaced the open reach box but still no luck. He has rung the team from his end and they don’t know what’s wrong either and have told him to ring back in 30 minutes. I’ve been with them for over a year. Anyone any ideas. He’s due to call back but he seems baffled too.

Flashing green PON and orange hub indicates you have physical connectivity but service is not activated.
Yea going by what I’ve seen online. But the engineer has left now he’s spent over and hour and a half on the phone and are no further forward. He’s left now and said if it doesn’t go back on he will call back tomorrow.
