I just renewed my broadband contract with bt but I want to cancel the tv service. When I called the hotline to cancel the tv service I was told that they are switching to EE and set a new contract with me. When I logged in my BT account the bill didn’t change and I found that I have to pay both bills to two companies for the same month broadband service. Should I cancel either one broadband contract or I just need to pay the contract only?
I would phone CS 03301234150 and get it sorted out before you pay twice you could try 'message us ' on billing
